What does “no comment” comment mean to you?
1. I agree, but I don’t really want to hurt your feelings, so I am trying to state my ‘neutrality’.
2. I do not agree, but again, I don’t want to offend you, so I am trying to state my so-called ‘neutrality’.
3. Too obvious.. wanna “tu xue” (vomit blood) [...]
