On the eve of Progress Test (yes, the test that they say you cannot study for..), I was so sleepy that I thought I could nap for an hour. I ended up sleeping nearly 3 hours! If not because of the phone call, I might have just slept til tomorrow morning, who knows?

I tend to oversleep. It is my coping mechanism because only when I sleep, I can momentarily stop thinking. Sometimes, I do still think in forms of dreams. But dreams dissipate after you’ve woken up. Sometimes, you remember the remnants but they are less painful than when you are fully conscious.
